ist das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell von Lyoness ein <strong>verbotenes SCHNEEBALLSYSTEM<\/strong> (HG Wien 30.11.2015, 1 R 192\/14b)<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Somit gilt das von Lyoness beworbene CASH BACK nicht nur f\u00fcr Ihre Eink\u00e4ufe, sondern auch f\u00fcr Ihre Zahlungen an Lyoness:<\/strong><\/p><p>Wenn daher ein Schneeballsystem vorliegt, muss Lyoness selbst CASH BACK leisten, also Ihre Anzahlungen zur\u00fcckzahlen. Meine Kanzlei vertritt rund 1.000 Lyoness-Mitglieder, die in das als \u201eEinkaufsgemeinschaft\u201c etikettierte System \u201eLyoness\u201c Einzahlungen get\u00e4tigt haben. Die an Lyoness bezahlten \u201eAnzahlungen auf k\u00fcnftige Eink\u00e4ufe\/ Gutscheinbestellungen\u201c bewegen sich meist bei Summen von etwa \u20ac 2.000,00 und erreichen sogar bis zu \u20ac 200.000,00.
